%D Tukwila, for good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, that certain Easement created and estab-
lished by instrument entitled "Easement" executed by George V.
Forsyth and Elsie M. Forsyth, his wife, on August 5, 1970, for a
sanitary sewer with necessary manholes, accessories and
tenances, which Easement was recorded in the office of,the King
County Auditor under Auditor's File No. 6680143, and which ease-
ment as recorded is hereby incorporated by this reference.
