The undersigned, Stanley N. Kasperson, Trustee, does

acknowledged, that certain Easement created and established by
instrument entitled "Easement" executed by Stanley N. Kasperson,
Trustee, dated April 3, 1970, for a sanitary sewer with necessary
manholes, accessories and appurtenances, which Easement was re-
corded in the office of the King County Auditor under Auditor's
File No. 6636753, and which easement as recorded is hereby in-
corporated by this reference.
