NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the
items listed below on Monday, November 9, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. that will be
conducted electronically, with the City Council, Mayor, staff off-site to discuss the topic
below:

NOVEMBER 9, 2020. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED UP BY EMAIL, YOUR NAME WILL BE CALLED UPON DURING

AT 7:00 P.M. ON NOVEMBER 9, 2020 TO ACCESS THE MEETING.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, INCREASING THE CITY OF TUKWILA REGULAR LEVY FROM THE
PREVIOUS YEAR, COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2021, ON ALL PROPERTY, BOTH
REAL AND PERSONAL, IN COMPLIANCE WITH RCW 84.55.120; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
All interested persons are invited to be present to voice approval, disapproval , or opinions on
this issue. For those unable to attend in person, you may submit written testim ony to the City
Clerk’s office until 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
