NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a public hearing on the
items listed below on Monday, November 9, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m. that will be conducted
electronically, with the City Council, Mayor, staff off-site to discuss the topic below:

YOUR NAME WILL BE CALLED UPON DURING THE MEETING TO SPEAK FOR UP TO FIVE MINUTES.

Public comments will also be accepted for:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NOS. 2597 AND
2602, WHICH ADOPTED AND AMENDED THE CITY OF TUKWILA'S
BIENNIAL BUDGET FOR THE 2019-2020 BIENNIUM, TO ADOPT AN
AMENDED YEAR-END BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY;
AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Per RCW 35A.34.100, the preliminary budget for the ensuing fiscal biennium has been filed with
the Clerk and a copy thereof will be made available to any taxpayer who will call at the Clerk’s
Office.
