herein called Grantor (s) and CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corpora-
tion of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of

in hand paid by said Grantee, and other valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant unto
the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only
during construction of utilities on adjacent property, said temporary
easement to cease and determine upon acceptance of the utilities
for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary
right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following
described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
This temporary construction easement is through Tax Lot 10 in
Section 25, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., said Tax Lot is des-
cribed as follows:
That portion of Gov't. Lots 3 6 in Section 25, Twp. 23 N.,
Range 4 E., W.M., lying NEly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the center of said Sec. 25;
Thence Wly along the E -W centerline to the centerline of the
main track of the C.M.St.P. P. R.R. R /W;
Thence S. 2 0 40 1 00" East 517.40 ft.;
Thence N. 46 0 27 1 30" West 505 ft. /L to a point-on the Wly.
margin of S.S.H. No. 5 -M and the true point of beginning.;
Thence continuing N. 46 0 27 1 30" West 615 ft. M/L to the Wly.
line of G.L. 3 and the terminus of said line;
ALSO that portion of the Sly 990 ft. of the SE 1/4 of the NW
1/4 lying Wly. of S.S.H. No. 5 -M.
This temporary construction easement consists of that portion
of the above described property lying Ely. of the following described
line:
Beginning at a point opposite Highway Engineer's Station 178 +00
and a distance of 60 ft. Wly., when measured at right angles to the
centerline of SR -181; So. Corp. Limits of Tukwila to Foster Inter-

change; thence Sly. in a straight line to a point opposite H.E.S.
180 +00 and a distance of 60 ft. Wly.; thence Wly. 5 ft. to a point
opposite H.E.S. 180 +00 and a distance of 65 ft. Wly.; thence Sly.
in a straight line to a point opposite H.E.S. 181 +50 and 65 ft.
Wly.; thence Wly. 5 ft. to, a point opposite H.E.S. 181 +50 and
70 ft. Wly.; thence Sly. parallel to the centerline of SR -181 to
the Sly. line of the above described Tax Lot 10 and the terminus
of said line.

Easement No. 25 -2 -19R
The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution
of any suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary,
to enter upon said construction right -of -way for the purpose of con-
structing, repairing, altering or reconstructing said sewer main, or
making any connections therewith, without incurring any legal obliga-
tion or liability therefor; provided that such constructing, repair-
ing, altering or reconstructing of said sewer main shall be accomplish
ed in such a manner that the private improvements existing in this
right -of -way shall not be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that
C7 they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a
0 condition as they were immediately before the property was entered
0 upon by the said Grantee.
0 The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of said
r right -of -way if such use does not interfere with installation of the
sewer main. However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings or struc-
tures on the right -of -way during the existence of said right -of -way.
The right -of -way, during its existence, shall be a covenant run-
ning with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and
assigns of both of the parties hereto.
