of cut or fill. Such easenler.t is for the purpose of providing and

center Line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s),

The temporary construction easement shall commence on

58th Av e. South improvements have been accepted by the City

and upon the easterly 10 feet of the
following described real estate:

to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
It is the obligation of the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in kind
the existing driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall, and
ornamental shrubs and plantings.
During the period of this easement the Cite shall have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes.
