NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor(s) hereby grant(s) to Grantee a Temporary Construction Easement during the improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering, and /or reconstruction Of 5 A G k5--L4-7 qt for any and all purposes relating to said improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering, and /or reconstruction of 58th Ave. S. 147tb.•St. The temporary construction,easement shall commence on the date of this instrument and will terminate on the date the ';s Aup G k-S 14 7 S+ improvements have been accepted by the City of Tukwila. Said easement shall'be over, under, across, along, in and upon the following described real estate: Lot 1, Block 11, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts according to the Plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records of King County, Washington. Less the East 60 feet. During the period of this easement the City shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property for the foregoing purposes. Less the East 60 feet. for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in kind the existing driveway, walkway, stair rockery and retaining wall, and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal copporation of the State of Washington, to con- struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes and fill slopes of feet horizontally for each foot of elevation of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and maintaining lateral support for58 p� y�..S G improved to the full width of the right of way in conformity with the existing center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s), heirs and assigns, the right to remove said slopes at any time upon providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support.
