CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT

herein called "Grantor" (s) and CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corpora-
tion of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee."
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of

in hand paid by said Grantee, and other valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant unto
the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only
during construction of utilities on adjacent property, said temporary
easement to cease and determine upon acceptance of the utilities
for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary
right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following
described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
This temporary construction easement is through Tax Lot 44 in
Section 25, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., Said Tax Lot is des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning N O1 1 38 1 20" E 738.67 feet along the East margin of
S.S.H. No. 5 -M from the intersection of said margin and the south
line of G.L. 6 in the SW 1/4 of said Sec. 25; thence S. 88 °31'00" E.
157.34 feet; thence N. 01 °23'4p" W. 207.08 feet along the Wly margin
of the P.S.E. R.R. R /W; thence N. 46 1 27 1 30" W. to said Highway
margin; thence S. 01 1 38 1 20" W. 344.42 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS that portion conveyed to the State of Washington Department
of Highways by warranty deed dated June 10, 1969 for S.R. -181 widening
purposes.
This temporary construction easement consists of a 20 foot strip
described as the Wly 20 feet of the Nly 80 feet of said Tax Lot 44.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force during
construction and until such time as the sewers and appurtenances have
been accepted for maintenance and operation by the City of Tukwila, or
December 31, 1970, whichever is sooner.
