Said easement shall be over, under, across, along, in and upon the following described real estate: Lot 31, Tri Vista Terrace, according to plat recorded in Volume 53 of Plats, Page 28, in King County, Washington. During the period of this easement the City shall have the right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property for the foregoing purposes. DATED thisa,? day of 1970. v Easement No. 23 -51 -16 6 70SO4 SLOPE EASEMENT THE GRANTOR (S) James Foods and Jo Louise Woods M F being the owners of the following described real property situated in Tukwila, King County, Washington: Lot 31, Tri Vista Terrace, according to plat recorded in Volume 53 of Plats, Page 28, in King County, Washington for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in kind the existing driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall, and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, to con- struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes and fill slopes of 1 1/2 feet horizontally for each foot of elevation of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and maintaining lateral support for S 1 47t-h R+ -rn'- when improved to the full width of the right of way in conformity with the existing center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s), heirs and assigns, the right to remove said slopes at any time upon providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support. THIS AGREEMENT shall constitute a covenant running with the land.
