CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT

herein called "Grantor "(s) and CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corpor-
ation of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee
WITNESSETH:
That said Grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of

0 in hand paid by said Grantee, and other valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant unto
r the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only
1.0 during construction of utilities on adjacent property, said temporary
easement to cease and determine upon acceptance of the utilities
for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary
right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following
described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
That portion of_Government Lot 6 and that portion of Government
Lot 3 in Section 25, Township 23, Range 4 East, W.M., which lies
Westerly of the Westerly margin of Secondary State Highway No.
5 -M (West Valley Road) and Southerly of the following described
line:
Beginning at the center of said Section No. 25; thence Westerly
along the East and West center line of said Section, 897.56 ft.
to the center line of the main track of the Chicago Milwaukee
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co. and the Oregon Was' .ington Rail-
road and Navigation Co. right -of -way; thence along said center
line, South 2 0 40' East 517.40 Ft; thence North 46 0 27'30" West
505 Ft., more or less, to a point on the West line of Secondary
State Highway No. 5 -M as new established and the true point of
beginning of the line herein described; thence continuing North
46 0 27'30" West 615 Ft., more or less, to the Westerly line of
said Government Lot 3 and the terminus of said line; less that
portion conveyed to the State of Washington Department of High-
ways by warranty deed dated June 23, 1969, for SR181 widening
purposes; situate in the Town of Tukwila, County of King, State of
Washington.
This easement consists of the Easterly 20 Ft. of the Northerly
900 Ft. of the Southerly 1000 Ft. of the above described property.
