0 tion of King County, Washington, herein called "Grantee."

That said Grantor(s) for and in consideration of the sum of

in hand paid by said Grantee, and other valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant unto
the Grantee a temporary right -of -way or easement to be used only
during construction of utilities on adjacent property, said temporary
easement to cease and determine upon acceptance of the utilities
for maintenance and operation by the Grantee. The said temporary
right -of -way or easement shall be through and across the following
described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows:
The temporary construction easement is through Tax Lot 49 in
Section 25, Twp. 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., Said Tax Lot is
described as follows:
That portion of G.L. 6 and of the South 2 of the Northwest a
of 25, Twp. 23N, Range 4E, W.M., described as follows:
Beginning at`the center of said Sec. 25;
Thence Wly along the E -W centerline 897.56 ft. to the centerline
of the C.M.St.P. &P. R.R. R /W;
Thence Sly along said centerline 517.4 ft.;
Thence N 46 West to the Wly line of the P.S.E. R.R. R/W
and the true point of beginning;
Thence continuing N 46 West to the Ely line of S.S.H.
No. 5 M;
Thence Nly along said line 460 ft:;
Thence E to the Wly line of the P.S.E. R.R. R /W;
Thence Sly along said Wly line to the T.P.O.B.
This temporary construction easement consists of a 25 ft. strip
described as the Wly 25 ft. of the above described property.
Said temporary construction easement shall remain in force dur-
ing construction and until such time as the sewers and appurtenances
have been accepted for maintenance and operation by the City of Tukwila.

The said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of
any suit or proceeding at law, at such times as may be necessary,to
enter upon said construction right -of -way for the purpose of construct-
ing, repairing, altering�or reconstructing -said sewer main, or making any
connections therewith,without incurring any legal obligation or liability
therefor; provided that such constructing, repairing, altering or re-
constructing of said sewer main shall be accomplished in such a manner
that the private improvements existing in this right -of -way shall not
be disturbed or destroyed, or in the event that they are disturbed or
N destroyed, they will be replaced in as good a condition as they were
O immediately before the property was entered upon by the said Grantee,

of -way if such use does not interfere with installation of the sewer
�D main. However, the Grantor shall not erect buildings or structures on
the right -of -way during the existence of said right -of -way
The right -of -way, during..its existence, shall be a covenant running
with the land and shall be binding on the successors, heirs, and assigns
of both of the parties hereto i subject to reasonable access.
