All correction requests from each department must be addressed at the same time and reflected on your drawings. I have enclosed comments from the following departments: PW - PG DEPARTMENT: Joanna Spencer at 206-431-2440 if you have questions regarding these comments. • 1) Since each permit stands on its own, please provide a cover sheet showing where the Bakery is located in the mall, so our inspector can easily find it. 2) Submit grease trap sizing calculations together with grease trap specs/cut sheets.. 3) Is there a mop sink inside? If yes, please label it, and it needs to connect to the grease trap. 4) The back page of your permit application lists two (2) backflow protective devices, \however I was not able to locate them on your drawings. Please provide backflow information: size/manufacturer/model number and what they will be protecting. 5) Submit backflow cut sheets and circle the devices to be installed. Please address the comments above in an itemized format with applicable revised plans, specifications, and/or other documentation. The City requires that two 2 sets of revised plan pages, specifications and/or other documentation be resubmitted with the appropriate revision block. In order to better expedite your resubmittal, a 'Revision Submittal Sheet' must accompany every resubmittal. I have enclosed one for your convenience. Corrections/revisions must be made in person and will not be accepted through the mail or by a messenger service. If you have any questions, I can be reached at 206-431-3655.
