Barlow here- inafter referred to as Grantor(s) is /are the owner(s) of real estate lying adjacent to 58t Ave south in Tukwila, Wash- ington, and, WHEREAS the City of Tukwila, Washington, hereinafter (T referred to as Grantee is maintaining, improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering and /or reconstructing 58th Ave. South r i" NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor(s) hereby grants) to Grantee a Temporary Construction Easement during the improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering, and /or reconstruction Of 58th Av P -q for any and all purposes relating to said improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing, altering, and /or reconstruction of 58th Ave. South The temporary construction easement shall commence on the date of this instrument and will terminate on the date the 58th Ave. South improvements have been accepted by the City of Tukwila. Said easement shall over, under, across, along, in and upon the following described real estate: Lot 5 and the South half of Lot 6, Block 11, Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records of King County, Washington.
