Chair Kruller called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Regional Approach to Gun Violence & Impacts on Youth
Mr. Wheeler -Smith and Ms. Taylor addressed the committee about this effort, which aims to
combat gun violence through system connections and a public health approach.
Item(s) needing follow up:
City staff and community members will continue to engage with the County to ensure Tukwila
is represented.

B. 2020 3rdQuarter Police Department Report
Interim Chief Drever presented the report.
Item(s) needing follow up:
Provide additional details around PD engagement at homeless encampments.
Provide additional information about the how the region is sharing or distributing the
impacts of homelessness.
