SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Tukwila City Council will hold a Special Budget
Work Session on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.

The meeting will not be conducted at Tukwila City Hall, based on the Governor’s
Proclamation 20-28 adopted March 24, 2020 which says in part:
Any public agency, subject to RCW 42.30, is prohibited from conducting any meeting,
subject to RCW 42.30 unless (a) the meeting is not conducted in-person and instead
provides an option(s) for the public to attend the proc eedings through, at minimum,
telephonic access, . . .”
NOTE: If the Governor does not extend the Proclamation that prohibits on -site
meetings, it is possible this meeting may be conducted on-site. Please review the
Special Work Session Agenda for November 10 for updated information.
The purpose of the meeting is to conduct a Budget Work Session to discuss the 2021 -
2022 preliminary budget.
No official action will be taken. The public is invited to attend.
