paving, constructing, repairing, altering, and /or reconstruction

and /or reconstruction of 58th Ave. South
The temporary construction easement shall commence on
the date of this instrument and will terminate on the elate the
58th Ave. South improvements have been accepted by the City
of Tukwila. Said easement shall -be over, under, across, along, in
and upon the following described real estate:
Lot /5 Block Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of this easomont the City --hall have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes.

for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in kind the existing
driveway, walkway, stairciay, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do _hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUI: 71LA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, to con-
struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes
and fill slopes of 1 1/2feet horizontally for each ►foot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such casement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining Lateral Support for -58th Ave. South ..lien impr_ovcd to
the 1_uli width of the right of way in coni 02riii_tLy with the existing
center_ line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s),
i:cirs and assigns, the right to remove said slopos at any time upon
providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support.
