for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the C ity of Tukaila to readjust and /or replace in kind the e }.isting
driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State.of Washington, to con-
struct and maintain upon the above dcscribd property; cut slopes
and fill slopes of 1 a_ /2f_eet horizontally for each Loot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining lateral. support for 58th Ave. South t:7hcn improved to
the full width of the right of way In contormi ty with the existing
center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s)
heirs and assigns, the right to reirove said slopes at any tine upon
providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support.
THIS AGREEMENT shall constitute a covenant running with
the land.
