EASEMENT AGREEMENT
This Easement Agreement is

a Municipal corporation,
1. Fire Access Easement. Grantor hereby grants to
Grantee a perpetual nonexclusive easement for fire access
over the property described on Exhibit "A" to this Agree-
ment. Grantor agrees to maintain the fire access road so as
to allow access by fire equipment. If Grantor fails to meet
this requirement, Grantee may perform the necessary main-
tenance work at Grantor's expense.
2. Water Meter Maintenance Easement. Grantor hereby
grants to Grantee a perpetual nonexclusive easement and
license to enter upon the property described on Exhibit "B"
to this Agreement for the purpose of maintaining, monitor-
ing, repairing and /or replacing water meters and water lines
owned by the Grantee.
3. Maintenance of Water and Sewer Line. Grantor
hereby agrees to maintain, repair and replace those water
lines located on the property described on Exhibit "B
except for the service line. Grantee shall maintain, repair
and replace the water meters on that property. Grantor
shall maintain, repair and replace any sewer lines located
on the property described on Exhibit "B".
4. Successors and Assigns. This Easement Agreement
shall run with the affected properties and be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the parties, their heirs,
successors and assigns-

All that certain real property situate in. the City of Tukwila, County of
King, State of Washington, being a portion of the Northwest 1/4 of Section
25, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, Willamette Meridian, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the original right -of -way of the West Valley
Highway (SR 181) at a point which bears South 81 °07'31" West 50.00 feet
from the centerline thereof at Highway Engineers Station 160 y 00; thence
from said point along the original westerly right -of -way South 12 0 13'30"
East 37.00 feet; thence South 83 °00'00" West 6.22 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence South 83 °00'00" West 79.22 feet; thence South 54 °30'00"
West 161.78 feet; thence South 35 °20'00" West 78.08 feet; thence South
