GRANTORS, Bruce W. Solly Nancy J. Solly, husband wife, and
Leroy A. Bowen and Virginia Bowen, husband wife. For and in
consideration of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable considera-
tions, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants and

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ABOVE REFERENCED PLOT THENCE

SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS OF RECORD
For the purpose of constructing, reconstruction, replacing, repairing,
maintaining and operating a storm man -hole structure and all necessary
connections and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress thereto and egress therefrom for the purpose of enjoying the
easement, and also granting to Grantees and to those acting under
or for Grantees the use of such additional area to be held to a min-
imum necessary for that purpose, and immediately after the completion
of the construction and installation, or any subsequent entry upon
the easement, Grantees shall restore the premises as near as may be
to its condition immediately before such construction of entry.

for and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation, grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual
nonexclusive easement and right -of -way over, through, under,
across, upon and in the following described real property
situated in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:
That portion of Lot 3 of the Plat of Southcenter South Industrial
Park as recorded in Volume 97 of Plats on pages 22 through 25,
Records of King County, Washington, in the S.E. 114 of S- ci.ion 35
and the S.W. 1/4 of Section 26, T.23N., R,.4W, W.M.
Said easement shall be that portion of a 20.00 foot wide strip of
land lying within the above described parcel, said strip lies 10.00 feet
on each side of the following described centerline.
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 3 and point
being N11 °23'50 "E 18.80 feet from the southeasterly corner of said
Lot 3; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING N74 °49'41 "W 319.76 feet;
thence N12 °52'55 "E 176.72 feet to a point on the northwesterly line
of said Lot 3 and the termination of this line.
Said easement being for the construction, operation,
maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of underground
utility lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right
to ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -ot -way
for all purposes necessary and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that upon
completion of any work on the easement, the property affected
will be restored as nearly as possible to the condition in which
it was at the commencement of such work. The Grantee also agrees
to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors from any liability or
damages (including costs and attorney's fees) arising from the
acts or omissions of Grantee and Grantee's agents, employees and
contractors in the exercise of the rights granted herein.
