for and in consideration of the sum of UNE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand
paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant,
sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual
nonexclusive easement and right -of -way over, through, under,
across, upon and in the following described real property
situated in King County, Washington, TO -WIT:
Portions.of Lots 15 and 16 of the Plat of Southcenter South Indus-
trial Park as recorded in Volume 97 of Plats on pages 22 thrm.gh
25, Records of King County Washington, being in the S.F. 1/4 and
the N.E. 1/4 of Section 35 and the S.W. 1/4 and the N.W. 1/4 of
tP� Section 36 in T. 23N., R.4E., W.M. and being more particularly
described as follows:
Parcel I
A strip of land 10.00 feet wide lying 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of said Lot 16, said
point being N78 °36'10 "W 27.00 feet from the southeasterly corner of
said Lot 16; thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING, parallel to the
easterly line of said Lots 16 and 15 N11 °23'50 "E 882.02 feet;
thence N32 °03'02 "W 175.33 feet; thence N27 °58'00 "W 257.19 feet;
thence N31 °32'53 "W 79.69 feet; thence N35 °02'41 "W 79.69 feet;
thence N38 °31'13 "W 32.20 feet to a point hereinafter called "Point
A" for reference;. thence continuing N38 °31'13 "W 222.48 feet; thence
N14 °27'17 "E 47.08 feet; thence N55 °30'07 "E 24.01 feet to a point on
the northeasterly line of said Lot 15, said point being S44 °26'00 "E
50.31 feet from the northwesterly corner of said Lot 15 and the
terminus of this centerline.
Parcel II
A strip of land 30.00 feet wide lying 15.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
BEGINNING at the hereinbefore described "Point A thence from said
POINT OF BEGINNING N17 °01'13 "W 160.00 feet; thence N52 °49'41 "E 5.52
feet to a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 15, said
point being S44 °26'00 "E 85.44 feet and S37 °39'00 "E 65.47 feet from
the northwesterly corner of said Lot 15 and the terminus of this
centerline.
Said easement being for the construction, operation,
maintenance and /or repair and /or replacement of an underground
utility lines and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of
ingress and egress to ana from said easement and right -of -way for
all purposes necessary and related thereto.

This easement is granted with the understanding that upon
completion of any work on the easement, the property affected
will be restored as nearly as possible to the condition in which
it was at the commencement of such work. The Grantee also agrees
to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors from any liability or
damages (including costs and attorney's fees) arising from the
acts or omissions of Grantee and Grantee's agents, employees and
contractors in the e ercise of the rights granted herein
