easement over and across, upon and underneath, the following
described land for ingress and egress and for the purpose of
monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and replacing water mains,
water meters, services, and other related appurtenances, said land
being described as:
Lot 21 of Brookvale Garden Tracts as recorded in Volume 10
of Plats, page 47, records of King County, Washington.
Less the south 8 feet for road.
