The edits needed are: Clarify the "V" shape of the monument sign 2. The address number "14025" must have a 1.5" stroke width per TMC 19.20.040 (5) I Add distances to the site plan to show how far the sign is from the building and the property line. Please remember that the building is only 8.5 feet from the property line and we have a 5 foot minimum setback required. This will affect how wide the sign will be if you decide on a "V" shape. The electrical inspector will need access to complete the Electrical portion of the inspection. The issuance of some signage within the City may require a permit from the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT). It is the applicant's responsibility to obtain all required permits from the appropriate government agency. For information on permits that may be required from WSDOT call (360) 705-7296.
