Finance Chair Seal called the meeting to order.
Budget Review - General Fund, Public Works
Councilmembers continued discussion of the Public Works Departmental budget with an emphasis
on the importance of street maintenance and cleaning.
Budget Review - Debt Service
Councilmembers discussed the debt service budget for existing and planned debt.
Budget Review - Capital Projects
Councilmembers discussed planned capital projects for 2021 and 2022. A total of $19,882,301 is
planned for 2021 and $8,862,273 for 2022. Current debt capacity is sufficient for Public Works Shops
Phase I and the new intergenerational center projects.
No decisions were made, and questions needing staff follow-up or items needing additional
discussion were noted in a tracking document.
