Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Lease Renewal: Sound Cities Association
Staff is seeking approval of an agreement with Sound Cities Association for lease of space in
the 6300 Building.
Item(s) requiring follow-up:
Provide additional detail on where lease costs are reflected in the budget.

B. 2020 3rd Quarter Sales Tax & Miscellaneous Revenue Report
Staff presented the report.
