Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Consultant Agreement: Macadam Rd. S Water Upgrade Project
Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with PACE Engineers in the amount of
$77,339 for the Macadam Rd. S Water Upgrade Project. There is no change in the water source,
which is from Seattle Public Utilities through Cascade Water Alliance.
Item(s) for follow-up:
Explain why the project is resuming now after being on hold.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to February 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda.
B. Water Reservoir & Pump Station Land Purchase Update
Staff presented on the proposed site for the future Ryan Hill Reservoir. Staff will begin
negotiations with property owners to purchase property.

C. Grant Application & Update: 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement
Staff provided an update on the 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement Project including
seeking approval to apply for the 2021 Federal Local Bridge program through the Washington
State Department of Transportation Local Bridge Program
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval to apply for federal funding.
D. Grant Acceptance: S. 131St Place Drainage Improvements
Staff is seeking Council approval to accept King County Flood Control District granting funding
in the amount of $60,000 for the S. 131St Pl. Drainage Improvement Project.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to February 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda.

E. Transportation Demand Management Agreement
Staff is seeking Council approval of a Transportation
King County Metro to accept pass through funding
outreach activities through November 30, 2022.
Committee Recommendation
Demand Management agreement with
in the amount of $225,000 to continue
Councilmember Quinn recused himself from the committee recommendation.
Majority approval. Forward to February 1, 2021 Regular Consent Agenda.
F. Asset Sharing Agreement: Extenet Systems, Inc.
Staff is seeking Council approval of an agreement with Extenet Systems, Inc. to grant the
sharing of telecommunications assets.
Items for follow-up:
Remove significant blank spaces in final contract.
