Chair Hougardy called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

A. 2021 Committee Workplan

Brief the Committee of the Whole on status and timing options for two issues: Tukwila
International Boulevard Neighborhood Plan implementation and Accessory Dwelling Unit
regulations.

B. Tukwila South Multifamily Design Guidelines
Staff briefed the Committee on a project to adopt multifamily design guidelines and amend
existing multifamily development standards to allow residential development on certain lands
in the Tukwila South Overlay district.

Forward to Planning Commission.
C. 2021 Economic Development Division Workplan
Staff presented the work items for the year ahead.

Return with proposed schedule and approach for Economic Development Plan.

Staff demonstrated the new website which was funded by lodging tax and intended to
promote Tukwila for tourism and general economic development.
