Project Location: Strander Blvd between Southcenter Pkwy &
Bicentennial Park and Andover Park W between Strander Blvd &
Minkler Blvd.
Project Description: This project proposes lining of sewer mains
through manholes along Strander Blvd and Andover Park W. All of
the work will occur within the right-of-way, and traffic control
measures will be in place. The project will be underway for up to 60
nights, however a majority of the work done will not exceed
permissible nighttime noise levels.
Your written comments on the project are requested and can be
mailed to Dept. of Community Development, 6300 Southcenter Blvd,
Suite 100, Tukwila WA 98188, or emailed to the project planner. City Hall is
not open to the public during COVID-19 restrictions. Comments must be
received no later than March 25, 2021. To learn about the project, provide
