Chair Seal called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESSAGENDA
A. 42nd Avenue South Bridge Replacement
Committee members and staff discussed the project, including the Type, Size & Location
Report currently under development, forthcoming community outreach, and funding
strategies.

• Provide detailed timeline including outreach and Council decision points.
• Report back on 3/30/21 neighborhood meeting at next TIS meeting.

B. BNSF Intermodal Access Studv Burlington Northern Santa Fe
Committee members and staff discussed the history and status of the BNSF Intermodal Facility
Access study.

C. 2020 NPDES Annual Report & 2021 Stormwater Management Program Plan
Staff presented the 2020 Report and 2021 Plan.

due to COVID? What challenges did we face in 2020 and what challenges are expected in
2021?

II. Miscellaneous
Councilmember Quinn reported a resident's concern about semitruck traffic causing property
damage in the Duwamish neighborhood.
Staff mentioned that there are two frozen Street Maintenance positions that could assist with
graffiti and bus stop cleaning if unfrozen. Councilmember Quinn noted that position funding
decisions must be made in collaboration with the Finance and Governance Committee.
Allentown residents Sean Albert and Kelle Symonds addressed the Committee regarding the 42nd
Avenue South Bridge replacement project and BNSF access.
The meeting adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
