ation, the below named assignor hereby assigns, sets over and transfers
all of it right, title and interest in and to that certain easement
upon land situated in King County, Washington, dated July 1, 1977,
wherein Puget Sound Power and Light Co. is the Grantor, which easement
is of record in King County Washington under 8306290779, unto the CITY
OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington; and
said City as assignee hereby binds and obligates itself to abide by all
of the conditions and covenants of said easement.

On this day of September, 1983, before me, the undersigned,
a Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, duly commissioned and
sworn, personally appeared HELEN B. NELSEN, to me known to be the presi-
dent of the INDEPENDENT WATER COMPANY, INC., and GARY VAN DUSEN, to me
known to be the Mayor of the City of Tukwila, the Corporation and Muni-
cipal Corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of the
said corporation and municipal corporation for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were each authorized to
execute said instrument for and on behalf of said corporation and
municipal corporation.
