For and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration, the below named assignor hereby assigns, sets over and
transfers all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain
easement upon land situeated in King County, Washington, dated November
1, 1971, wherein Helen B. Nelsen is the Grantor, which instrument is of
record in King County, Washington under r 8306290778, unto the CITY OF
TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington; and said
City as assignee hereby binds and obligates itself to abide by all of
the conditions and covenants of said easement.

On this a day of September, 1983, before me, the undersigned, a
a.Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, duly commissioned and
sworn, personally appeared HELEN B. NETSE to me known to be the president
of the INDEPENDENT WATER COMPANY, INC., and GARY VAN DUSEN, to me known
to be the Mayor of the City of Tukwila, the Corporation and the Muni-
cipal Corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged
that said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said
corporation and municipal corporation for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned, and on oath stated that they were each authorized to execute
said instrument for and on behalf of said corporation and municipal
corporation.
