ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT
For and in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable
consideration, the below named assignor hereby assigns, sets over and
transfers all
easement upon
1978, wherein
of its right, title and interest in and to that certain
land situated in King County, Washington, dated June 30,
Whitney Brothers, a partnership, is the Grantor, which
easement is of record in King County, Washington under 8306290780,
unto the CITY OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington; and said City as assignee hereby binds and obligates itself
to abide by the conditions and covenants of said easement.

a Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, duly commissioned
and sworn, personally appeared HELEN? B. NELSEN, to me known to be the
President of the INDE 1DENT WATER COMPANY, INC., and GARY VAN DUSEN, to
me known to be the Mayor of the City of Tukwila, the Corporation and
Municipal Corporation that executed the foregoing instrument, and
acknowledged the said instrument to be the free and voluntary act and
deed of the said corporation and municipal corporation for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated that they were each
authorized to execute said instrument for and on behalf -of said corp-
'oration and municipal corporation.
