Water Company of that easement described below to the City of Tukwila,
Washington, a municipal corporation.
This consent covers that easement dated J„ 20 and

the Independent Water Company, consisting of pages, a true and
correct copy of which is attached hereto as Attachment "A".
The undersigned further acknowledges that the above-described
easement has not been terminated, and remains in full force and effect
as of the date of this consent.
