The easement affected the property legally described as on the attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference. On the above referenced Declaration of Water Easement, Raymond A. Feichtmeir was shown as grantor, with the easement granted for the benefit of the City of Tukwila. For purposes of designation and recording, the City of Tukwila is indicated below as grantor, and by this document conveys and quit claims to Raymond Feichtmeir, grantee, those rights to which the City of Tukwila may have acquired an interest by the prior declaration of water easement, but does not convey any other rights in the described property.
