TERMINATION OF WATER EASEMENT
The City of Tukwila and Raymond A.Feichtmeir hereby
mutually terminate and declare void and of no effect rights
granted under a "Declaration of Water Easement" dated April 2,
1981, filed under King County Auditor Recording No. 8104070304.
The easement affected the property legally described as on the
attached Exhibit A incorporated herein by reference.
On the above referenced Declaration of Water Easement,
Raymond A. Feichtmeir was shown as grantor, with the easement
granted for the benefit of the City of Tukwila. For purposes
of designation and recording, the City of Tukwila is indicated
below as grantor, and by this document conveys and quit claims
to Raymond Feichtmeir, grantee, those rights to which the City
of Tukwila may have acquired an interest by the prior declaration
of water easement, but does not convey any other rights in
the described property.

WATER EASEMENT
This Easement is made this ;jfL4 day of 1981, by the undersigned
(hereinafter called "Grantor for the benefit of the City of Tukwila.

Boundary Line Adjustment No. 81 -1 -BLA as filed for record under

2. Purpose. This easement is created for underground utility purposes,
including the installation, maintenance, and repair of water lines
and appurtenances thereto.
3. Reservation by Grantors. Grantors reserve all of their respective
rights, whether now existing or hereafter acquired, to use the surface
of said easement property for any purpose which does not interfere
with the purposes for which this easement is created.
