The temporary construction casement shall commence on
the date of this instrument and will terminate on the date the
58tH Ave. South improvements have been accepted by the City
of s,u :wa.1a. Said easement shall. be over, under, across, along, in
and upon the fo.1lowing described real estate:

to the plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of this easc,mcnt the City shall have the
right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes.
