Commissioners have agreed to move forward with the training and staff will identify training dates. • Commissioners discussed the City of Tukwila's Land Acknowledgment and would like to do additional research as it relates to the history of the local tribes. Tukwila Library Advisory Board April 6, 2021— Discussion and update on the SHAG construction near the library and impacts of parking access to library users. Advisory board discussed the Tukwila's school system plans for re -opening possible impact on library functions. Next scheduled meeting: July 6, 2021. Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) April 9, 2021— Discussion and update on the Seattle Convention Center and the 2021 Seawolves partnership. Announcements on Odin Brewery closure and the Safety Overnight lodging meeting. Park Commission April 14, 2021— Commissioners received update on the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP), Commissioner outreach, Tukwila Pond Master Plan and Annual meeting schedule.
