Approve an application for lodging tax funds from the City of Tukwila for the 2021 Seawolves Partnership in the amount of $20,000.00. Authorize the Mayor to award a bid and sign a contract with Gary Harper Construction, Inc., for the Sewer Lift Stations #4 and #12 Retrofits Project, in the amount of $342,411.00 (plus contingency and sales tax). Authorize the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) for cities to administer funds under RCW 82.14.540. c.
