Segale, a married man dealing in his separate property and estate, d /b /a Segale Business Park, did by TEMPORARY RIGHT -OF -ENTRY PERMIT dated the 29th day of March, 1982, recorded under King County Auditor's File No. 82 -03 -30 -0460, grant to the City of Tukwila, a municipal corporation, and its contractors and agents, a right, privilege and temporary permit to enter the following described property for a period commencing on the date thereof and terminating sixty (60) days thereafter, for the purpose of carrying out repair activities to the storm system located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South 180th Street and Andover Park West, including emergency pumping, storage of materials and equipment, and temporary shoring and dewatering: That portion of the property described on Exhibit "B" which is shown on Exhibit "A both of which Exhibits are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; all located in the City of Tukwila, King County, Washington. WHEREAS, the City of Tukwila, its contractors and agents, have completed their operations on the subject premises; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to terminate said Temporary Right -of- Entry Permit and remove and cloud on title of Grantor's premises resulting from same; NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree that the Temporary Right of -Entry Permit dated the 29th day of March, 1982, recorded under King County Auditor's File No. 82 -03 -30 -0460 is hereby terminated, and of no further force and effect (except as to any continuing liability or obligations of the City and its contractors and agents thereunder, if any; and it is agreed that said Temporary Right -of- Entry Permit is hereby removed as a cloud against the title of Grantor's premises. rn Dated this fll TERMINATION OF TEMPORARY RIGHT -OF -ENTRY PERMIT e+ day of t.
