MINOR AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Between the City of Tukwila and Beliwether Tukwila LLP

Pursuant to Section 8 of the above -referenced contract, that portion of Contract No. 18-02
between the City of Tukwila and Bellwether Tukwila LLP is hereby amended as follows:
Section 7:
c) Parking Supply Standard: 1.1 Reduce the required parking space standard per residential
unit to .97otdls por unit. Increase the compact car allowance to a maximum of fifty percent
(50%) of the total parking stalls. Allow the use of the City of Portland minimum dimensions
for all standard parking stalls in conjunction with City of Tukwila dimensions for compact
perking stalls. Inside the structured parking fooiUty, allow the use of City of Portland
minimum dimensions for aisles. (See Table 1).
