Increase the compact car allowance to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of the total parking stalls. Allow the use of the City of Portland minimum dimensions for all standard parking stalls in conjunction with City of Tukwila dimensions for compact perking stalls. Inside the structured parking fooiUty, allow the use of City of Portland minimum dimensions for aisles. (See Table 1). Table 1.
