Boeing, Jr., Old National Bank for and in consideration of the sume of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right -of -way over, through, under, across, upon and in the following described real property situated in King County, Washington, TO -WIT: That portion of Government_ Lot 1 in the northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., lying south of the south line of the northeast quarter of said northeast quarter and south of South 180th Street; TOGETHER WITH that portion of the east 19.2 acres of said Government Lot 1 lying south of South 180th Street and north of the south line of the northeast quarter of said northeast quarter. Said easement shall be that portion of a 20 foot wide strip of land lying within the above- described parcel, said strip lies 10 feet on each side of the following described centerline; as also partly described in A.F. #6343859: Commencing at the southeast corner of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W.M., King County, Washington, said corner being on the centerline of West Valley Highway (SR -181) according to Washington State Highway Commission Plan of Meeker Street to Tukwila, Station 55 +00 to Station 31 +65, dated September 14, 1967, thence along said centerline N 11 23'50" E, 2.088.16 feet; thence N 78 °36'10" W, 382.00 feet; thence N 11 23'50 "E, 919.52 feet; thence N 32 03'02" W, 175.33 feet; thence N 27 58'00" W, 257.19 feet; thence N 31 32'53" W, 79.69 feet; thence N 35 02'41" W, 79.69 feet; thence N 38 31'13" W, 87.7 feet, thence N 6 28'47" E, 45.00', thence N 16 01'13" W, 67.50' thence N 52 °49'41" E, 91.41', which is a point at the thread of the Green River and the True Point of Beginning; thence 111.41' to a point hereinafter desceibed as Point "A -1" at which point the easement shall be a strip of land 10' wide lying 5' each side of the following described centerline; thence N 6 25' -20" E, 76.84'+ to a point within an existing 10 -foot wide utility easement located N55 °30'07 41.10 feet from Point "A" described in A.F. #6343859; TOGETHER WITH a strip of land 10' wide lying 5' each side of the following described centerline: Beginning at the aforementioned Pont "A -1" thence N 38 °40'19" W, 62.00 to Point "A" as described in J s.J A.F. #6343859. Said easement being for the construction, operation, maintenance and /or' repair and /or replacement of utility lines and appurtenances thereto, togethe? with the right of ingress and egress to and from said easement and right -of -way for all purpoases necessary and related thereto. This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected will be restored as nearly as possible to its original condition upon completion of construction.
