Pursuant to Article III (Agreement) Section 10(A) (Minor Modifications) of the Development Agreement, Article III (Agreement) Section (8) (Terms) is hereby amended as follows: Section 8. Terms. (I) Review Process: The Project will apply for design review under the Board of Architectural Review (BAR). The BAR will apply this Development Agreement to their review of the Project and shall be the decision maker for design review; and preliminary plat-aKI-fRaligat. Final plat approval shall be processed as a Type 2 decision, subject to the provisions of TMC 18.108.020.
