Amendment #2
MINOR AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
Between the City of Tukwila and Homestead Community Land Trust
The minor amendment set forth below requested by the Homestead Community Land Trust
on March 17, 2021, to modify the Development Agreement between the City of Tukwila and
Homestead Community Land Trust, dated May 14, 2019, and amended July 8, 2020
(collectively the "Development Agreement"), has been mutually agreed upon by both parties
and shall be incorporated into the Development Agreement.
Pursuant to Article III (Agreement) Section 10(A) (Minor Modifications) of the Development
Agreement, Article III (Agreement) Section (8) (Terms) is hereby amended as follows:
Section 8. Terms. (I) Review Process: The Project will apply for design
review under the Board of Architectural Review (BAR). The BAR will apply
this Development Agreement to their review of the Project and shall be the
decision maker for design review; and preliminary plat-aKI-fRaligat. Final
plat approval shall be processed as a Type 2 decision, subject to the
provisions of TMC 18.108.020.
All other provisions of the Development Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
