The Grantor(s) and also the Lessor Optionor William E. Boeing, Jr. and the
Lesee Optionee Old National Bank if applicable, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right -of -way
over, across and upon the following described real property situation in King County,
Washington, TO WIT:

Said easement being for the public pedestrian access and for the construction,
operation and maintenance of the recreational trail and for all purposes necessary
and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be restored as nearly as to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
Tr from any liability arising from the construction and use contemplated herein.

Said easement shall be on that segment of the left bank -of
the Green River Protection Easement as described .under King
County Auditor's File Nos. 5764182 and 5769890 described as
follows:
ATTACHMENT A
Beginning at the south line of the northeast quarter of the
northeast quarter of Section 35, Township 23 North, Range
4 East, W. M. in King County, Washington;
Thence southeasterly 150 feet, along the outside edge of the
C dike of the left bank of said Green River to the abutment of
rl the pedestrian utility bridge and the true point of beginning;
V3 Thence continuing southeasterly a distance of 383 feet more
OD or less along the outside edge of said dike to the south line
of the following described parcel:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 36, Township
