The Grantor(s) and also the Lessor Optionor William E. Boeing, Jr. and the
Lesee Optionee N/A if applicable, for and in consideration of
the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, sell and convey to the City of Tukwila, Washington, a municipal
corporation Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right -of -way
over, across and upon the following described real property situation in King County,
Washington, TO WIT:
Said easement being for the public pedestrian access and for the construction,
operation and maintenance of the recreational trail and for all purposes necessary
and related thereto.
This easement is granted with the understanding that the property affected
will be restored as nearly as possible to its original condition upon completion
of construction. The Grantee also agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Grantors
from any liability arising from the construction and use contemplated herein.

Said easement shall be on that segment of the left bank of
the Green River Protection Easement as described under King
County Auditor's File No. 5769890 lying within the following
described parcel:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of South 180th Street
432.62 feet east from the northwest corner of Government Lot
4 in the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of
Section 36, Township 23 North, Range 4 East, W. M. in King
County, Washington;
Thence S 01 °55'07" W 36.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
Thence S 88 °04'53" E 257.13 feet;
Thence southerly along bank of river with the following
4 courses S 11 °05'55" E 70.89 feet and S 07 °39'54" E 50.09
feet and S 09 °22'49" E 50.02 feet and S 15 °06'12" E 33.74 feet;
Thence N 89 °04'50" W 348.46 feet;
Thence N 00 °55'04" E 155.00 feet;
