Acting Chair Delostrinos Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
I. BUSINESS AGENDA
A. Contract: Relocation of City Records Center
Staff is seeking approval of a contract with Engineered Products a PAPE Company in an
amount not to exceed $80,360.26 plus 10% contingency for relocation of the City Records
Center to Tukwila City Hall.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to May 24, 2021 Committee of the Whole.
B. Contract: Veterans, Seniors and Human Services Levy Grant Funding
Staff is seeking approval of a contract with King County Department of Community and Human
Services to accept $115,384 in funding from the Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy
to be used for veteran and senior social engagement and a mini -grant program.
Committee Recommendation
Unanimous approval. Forward to May 24, 2021 Committee of the Whole.
C. Monthly General Fund Update
Staff provided the update.

MISCELLANEOUS
Councilmembers and staff discussed next steps for returning to in-person Council meetings,
including potential technology upgrades in the Council Chamber. Options will be presented to the
Committee at a future date.
