WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR hereto warrants that he/they own the parcels of
property listed and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR desires to grant to the GRANTEE, its respective heirs,
executors, administrators, agents or assigns a PERPETUAL EASEMENT AND
DECLARATION OF COVENANT FOR PRIVATE JOINT -USE DRAINAGE
SYSTEM, with right of immediate entry and continued access to construct, improve,
maintain and repair all aspects of the pnvate point -use sanitary sewer system and
associated separate lot services Located over, under, upon and across the real property
situated in the City of Tukwila, Washington, described in Exhibit "B" attached and
incorporated by this reference,
FURTHERMORE, it is agreed that the responsibility and cost of repairs of the private
point -use sanitary sewer system shall be the joint responsibility of all present and future
owners of the described subject property The responsibility for all maintenance and
repairs for the separate lot services shall be with the individual lot owner served by such
service
NOW THEREFORE, this Perpetual Easement and Declaration of Covenant is executed
and shall be a covenant runnmg with the land and shall be binding on all subsequent
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
IN WITNESSETH THEREOF, the GRANTOR hereto has executed this Agreement on
