WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR hereto warrants that he/they own the parcels of
property listed and described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by this
reference
WHEREAS, the GRANTOR desires to grant to the GRANTEE, its respective heirs,
executors, administrators, agents or assigns a PERPETUAL EASEMENT AND
DECLARATION OF COVENANT FOR WATER LINES AND WATER SERVICES,
with right of immediate entry and continued access to construct, improve, maintain and
repair all aspects of water lines and water services located over, under, upon and across
the real property situated in the City of Tukwila, Washington, descnbed in Exhibit "B"
attached and incorporated by this reference,
FURTHERMORE, it is agreed that the responsibility and cost of repairs for each separate
water line or water service serving any separate subdivision of subject property shall be
the responsibility of all present and future owners of such separate subdivision of the
descnbed subject property
NOW THEREFORE, this Perpetual Easement and Declaration of Covenant is executed
and shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on all subsequent
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
IN WITNESSETH THEREOF, the GRANTOR hereto has executed this Agreement on
the date first above written
