TH IS AGREEMENT made by and between EWA OLIVIER, AS HER SEPARATE ESTATE, hereinafter
termed "Grantor and ADAM BAO NGUYEN. A MARRIED MAN AS HIS SEPARATE ESTATE,
hereinafter termed "Grantee."
WITNESSETH
That the Grantor, for valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee, its successors and assigns, the following described land
for a perpetual, nonexclusive ingress and egress easement over and across:
THE EAST60 FEET OF LOT9. BLOCK 4, FIRST ADDITION TO ADAMS HOME TRACTS,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF. RECORDED IN VOLUME 12 OF PLATS, PAGE 50. IN KING
COUNTY, WASHINGTON. GRANTED A NEW EASEMENT FOR DRIVEWAY PURPOSES ONLY OVER
AND ACROSS THE WEST 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 146.92 FEET OF LOT 10 IN SAID BLOCK 4 FOR
NEW LOT2 OF ADAM SHORT PLAT. L13-039.
The easement is granted for the purpose of ingress and egress to, from, upon and over the property
described to provide access to other property owned by Grantee.
The Grantor shall retain the right to use the surface of the easement. However. Grantor shall not erect
buildings or structures on the easement.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding on the successors and
assigns of both parties hereto subject to the terms of agreement in the preceding paragraphs.
