Grantee shall hold Grantor harmless from and against any and all claims which may be made against Grantor arising out of the installation, operation, maintenance or repair or said Storm drain Line. 5. The herein easement and agreement may be amended only with the written agreement of the Grantee herein. 6. It is the intent of the grantor that this agreement shall not be extinguished by the doctrine of merger. This easement agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties having or acquiring any right, title or interest in the land descried herein or any part thereof.
