BILL PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
PSE offers two bill payment assistance programs for residential customers to help pay your electric or natural gas bills. Eligibility is based on your
household income and the number of people that live in your home.

EMERGENCY BROADBAND BENEFIT FOR ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS
The EBB will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month
for households on qualifying Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a
laptop, desktop computer or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the
purchases price. Enroll through a participating broadband provider or directly with the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) using an online or mail in
