A non - exclusive perpetual Utility Easement over, across, along, in, upon and under that portion of said
grantors land described as follows:

2. This easement is for the sole purpose of the construction, use and maintenance of a Storm Sewer,
Sanitary Side Sewer, together with the right of ingress and egress for said construction, use and
maintenance.
3. Grantee shall install said Sewer & storm drain it `s sole cost and expense and shall continue to maintain
and shall continue to bear all cost of repair and maintenance thereto.
4. Grantee shall hold Grantor harmless from and against any and all claims which may be made against
grantor arising out of the installation, operation, maintenance or repair of said Storm and Sanitary side
sewers
5. Grantee shall restore all landscaping, roadways, and other improvements affected by the installation of
said Storm and sanitary side sewers substantially to their condition existing prior to installation and in the
event of repair and maintenance shall likewise affect such restoration of landscaping and other improvemen
