improving, widening, paving, constructing, repairing altering,
and /or reconstruction of 58th Ave. South
The temporary construction easement shall commence on
the date of this instrument and will terminate on the date the
58th Av e. South improvements have been accepted by the City
ot: v 'j'u}.wi1a. Said easement shall-be over, under, across, along, in
and upon the Westerly 5 feet
of the following described real estate:
Lot Block /h Hillman's Seattle Garden Tracts, according
to tile plat thereof recorded in Vol. 11 of Plats, Page 24, Records
of King County, Washington
During the period of 'this e:ascmcnt: the City shall. have the
.right of ingress and egress to and from the above described property
for the foregoing purposes'.

for and in consideration of One Dollar($1.00) and the obligation of
the City of Tukwila to readjust and /or replace in hind the existing
driveway, walkway, stairway, rockery and retaining wall,
and other valuable considerations in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant an easement to the CITY OF
TUKP,ILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, to con-
struct and maintain upon the above described property; cut slopes
and fill slopes of 1 1/2feet horizontally for each foot of elevation
of cut or fill. Such easement is for the purpose of providing and
maintaining lateral support for 58th Ave. South when improved to
ttie tui.l width of the right of way in con ormity with the existing
center line grades, and there is reserved to the Grantor(s),
heirs and assigns, the right to remove said slopes at any time upon
providing and maintaining other adequate lateral support.
THIS AGREEMENT shall constitute a covenant running with
